As part of Paramount Pictures’ marketing and promotional campaign for Steven Spielberg’s War of the Worlds, Samuel Franco created, wrote the scripts, and produced a series of radio spots that grabbed audience attention and directed listeners to register for exclusive War of the Worlds merchandise and promotions. The film opened number one at the box office with a gross of $112.7 million on its way to a worldwide gross of over $600 million.
